Simon Fieldhouse is a dynamic facilitator with deep experience in leadership, change and culture. He leverages his lived experience as a change agent and culture practitioner to help leaders see the world differently.
He has 20 years experience in change, learning and culture across small, medium, and large organisations.
Simon has completed an MBA, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an accredited practitioner in Adaptive Cultures, PROSCI and People Centred Implementation (PCI).
With a mix of wit, humour, passion and assertiveness, Simon creates the space for people to evolve. No two sessions are the same—and participants regularly report back the impact of their time together with peers, as Simon held the space for them to grow.
